We are renovating an apartment in Soka, Saitama Prefecture. The yellowing and dirt on the wallpaper, damaged floors, and dark atmosphere due to aging are noticeable. In response to the owner's request to "make the room bright and clean to increase occupancy rates!", we decided to renovate the space into a modern space with a white base. We replaced the ceiling and wall wallpaper, laid floor tiles, replaced the sliding partition doors, replaced the sliding doors, and painted all the wooden parts.
