We carried out roof replacement work in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. The roof was currently tiled, so we removed the tiles and replaced it with light and durable galvalume steel sheets. This time, we used tile-type roofing material. The work involved removing the tiles, adding structural plywood to reinforce the base, laying roofing and waterproofing, installing tile battens, laying the roofing material, and finally installing the ridge. We also used special fittings to finish off the connection between the protruding roof and the wall.
