This is a toilet renovation example. We replaced the toilet bowl and washlet that had been in use for many years, and replaced the wallpaper and cushion flooring. The toilet was replaced with a TOTO PureRest QR water-saving toilet, which will save a lot on water bills compared to the old toilet bowl.
